5 PCD with bar pcd grinding for htc htc concrete grinder
Description:
5 PCD wing back. Ideal for aggressive removal of concrete and epoxy.
PCDs with a metal button or sacrificial bars are less aggressive and are designed for thin coating removal.
PCD’s without a metal button or sacrificial bars are very aggressive and designed for thick coating removal. They will leave a very coarse profile on the concrete.
Important: PCD tools are direction specific. Always check the direction of rotation of the grinding heads.
PCD Scraper diamond tool is generally applied to various coating removal,such as epoxysuch as paint, varnish, glue, epoxy, acrylic, screed residue, VCT mastic, black tar adhesive, water proofing, parking deck membrane as well as thick rubbery material.
